About Us:

We are in search of a passionate and driven Rehabilitation Aide to assist our Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists. This position offers significant potential for growth for the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical and Occupational Therapists in patient treatment by preparing treatment areas, equipment, and materials.
- Guide patients during therapeutic exercises under the direction of the therapist.
- Ensure treatment areas are clean, organized, and safe for patient care.
- Manage patient flow, ensuring smooth transitions between treatments.
- Update and maintain patient records as required.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
- Coordinate with other healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care and experience.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a rehab aide or similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of therapy principles and practices.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
